Wellness
for Children Initiative

Because wellness begins in childhood.

At the Wellness for Children Initiative, we believe that a foundation in health and well-being starts early. By educating children on the benefits of movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care, we can help prevent long-term health issues such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, heart disease, and mental health challenges. Studies show that children who engage in these practices are healthier, more confident, and happier.

Our global team of experts is dedicated to impactful, age-appropriate programs designed to develop resilience, foster a growth mindset, and support responsible decision-making. All in an effort to reduce the risk of mental health challenges in our pre-teens, teens, and young adults.

Together, we can inspire the next generation to take ownership of their own wellness—one mindful step at a time.

We passionately believe that education is key to long-term health and wellness. By reaching our children in the formative years and teaching them the benefits of being healthy, we begin to reduce the risk of childhood obesity, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.

We have an amazing team of smart, experienced and dedicated industry professionals ready to work with children across the globe.

What We Do

Creating awareness, empowering change.

Creating awareness, empowering change.

Our Objective

The goal of the Wellness for Children Initiative is to create awareness of the need for children and young people to be actively involved in their own wellness through holistic practices of mindfulness, meditation, movement, and nutrition.

The initiatives we’re working on include a Mental Health First Aid Programme for pre-teens and teenagers, Support for Families & Children Undergoing Cancer Treatment, and Sensory Support for Spas & Resorts—currently in development to equip the hospitality sector with the skills to better support neurodivergent families.
